It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for increased blood flow and causing an erection when sexually aroused. It is available in various forms, including tablets and oral solutions.

However, it’s important to note that Sildenafil should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional. This is not the only way to use Sildenafil, and it’s always advisable to consult with a doctor before starting any new medication.

Before using Sildenafil, it’s crucial to inform your doctor about any pre-existing medical conditions you may have. This will help them determine if Sildenafil is the right treatment for you and ensure that you are taking the medication safely. Additionally, it’s crucial to inform your doctor of any medications you are currently taking before starting Sildenafil. Be sure to disclose all of your medical history, including any medications you are currently taking, as well as any allergies you have. This will help them determine if Sildenafil is the right medication for you and ensure that you are taking the right dosage for the right purpose.

Furthermore, it’s important to note that Sildenafil should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional. This is not the only way to use this medication, and it’s always advisable to consult with a doctor before starting any new medication. It’s also essential to inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal remedies. Be sure to disclose all of your current medications and supplements to your doctor.

It’s also important to note that Sildenafil is not suitable for everyone, including people with certain medical conditions or those taking certain medications. Therefore, it’s always recommended to consult with your doctor before starting any new medication. They can help determine if Sildenafil is the right medication for you, and if it’s safe and effective for you.

Additionally, it’s important to note that Sildenafil should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

In conclusion, Sildenafil is an effective medication for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It can be purchased under the guidance of a healthcare professional, and it’s important to disclose all of your medical history, including any medications and supplements you are currently taking.

I hope the doctor has taken this a bit more. I've been on the Viagra for a while now and it was all going well. I went to the supermarket and bought a pack of 2 but the package was missing 2. I think I may have bought it because the box has been in the package. I have a new box from a friend which I am going to try and replicate in the future.

Any thoughts/help?

EDIT: For the box, I'm using 100mg of Sildenafil and I was able to find this on the internet. I did not know that it was the Sildenafil that was the problem, and I think I could do a 100mg tablet and find a way to add that to the box, but I'd rather not do this. Also, I would try and find a way to give it a few weeks or so.

Thanks for your input. I will look up more. Just wanted to know if that would be what I could do. Thanks.

I am using 100mg of Sildenafil. The box comes with the package and contains 2 pills. One is the Sildenafil and the other the Viagra. I did NOT find a way to add the Sildenafil to the box since it was a Viagra. The box arrived on 3rd of last month so I am hoping someone can help me.

Thanks in advance. I'll get that one out.

Sildenafil citrate, also known as sildenafil citrate, is a type of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which can help men with erectile dysfunction achieve and maintain an erection.

The active ingredient in Viagra is sildenafil citrate, which has been shown to work similarly for men with ED. When men are sexually aroused, blood flows into the penis, which causes an erection.

It is recommended that men with ED take an initial PDE5 inhibitor PDE5 inhibitor PDE5 inhibitor for three to six hours. The PDE5 inhibitors are only effective if taken as prescribed, so long as the dosage is stable and the duration of treatment is not more than three months.

Men with ED who take nitrates for chest pain or heart problems may be recommended a PDE5 inhibitor for chest pain relief. However, men with moderate-to-severe heart failure, recent myocardial infarction, or stroke may not need this.

Men with low blood pressure should avoid using nitrates for chest pain, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

If you have had a heart attack or stroke and are unable to get or maintain an erection, you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Viagra.

If you have a stomach ulcer or stomach bleeding and are taking antifungal medicines, you may be advised to avoid taking these medicines.

It is important to note that PDE5 inhibitors can cause side effects, so they should not be taken for more than four hours. Serious side effects may include vision loss, hearing loss, chest pain, an irregular heart beat or angina, priapism (prolonged erection), painful urination, or priapism (prolonged erection).

If you experience any of the following symptoms while taking Viagra, stop taking Viagra and seek medical attention immediately: sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain, chest pain with shortness of breath, sudden severe dizziness, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.

These are not all the possible side effects of Viagra. If you are unsure whether you should have Viagra, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

If you have recently had a heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeat, or had a heart attack or stroke, you may be advised to avoid Viagra or similar medicines by speaking to a doctor or nurse. Viagra may not be suitable for you if you have not had a heart attack, stroke, or heart disease, have a stomach ulcer, have a bleeding disorder, are taking antifungal medicines, are allergic to sildenafil, or have had any other medical conditions, or if you are of Asian descent.

Other medicines or treatments for ED may also interact with Viagra, so it is important to talk to a doctor before taking any medicines with Viagra.

Men in the UK will soon be able to buy Viagra over the counter for the first time after the erectile dysfunction drug was reclassified.

Those aged 18 and over will no longer need to see a GP for a prescription after the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announced that it is changing the status of Viagra Connect tablets so they can be sold in pharmacies following a conversation with a pharmacist.

US pharmaceutical company Pfizer said it is working on plans to launch the non-prescription version of the medicine in the UK in the spring of 2018. A four-pack of the sildenafil tablets will cost around £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99. Men who buy it will be advised that they can take a 50 mg tablet an hour before having sex, but should not use more than one pill a day. Sildenafil is already available on NHS prescription free of charge.

The decision to reclassify the drug follows a public consultation, the MHRA said. Pharmacists will be able to determine whether treatment is appropriate for the patient and can give advice on erectile dysfunction, usage of the medicine, potential side effects and assess if further consultation with a general practitioner is required.

“The move to make Viagra Connect more widely accessible will encourage men to seek help within the healthcare system and increase awareness of erectile dysfunction.”

Mick Foy, Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency

But some men, including those with severe heart problems, those at high risk of heart problems, liver failure, kidney failure or those taking certain “interacting medicines”, will still need to be prescribed the drug under the supervision of a doctor.

It is hoped that making the drug more widely available will mean than men who may have not previously sought help will be more likely to do so. Health officials also hope the move will also help steer people away from buying drugs websites operating illegally.

‘Popular target’

The MHRA said that erectile dysfunction medicines are a “popular target” for criminals selling unlicensed and counterfeit medicines, over the past five years the Agency has seized more than £50m of unlicensed and counterfeit erectile dysfunction medicines.

“This decision is good news for men’s health,” said Mick Foy, MHRA’s group manager in vigilance and risk management of medicines. “The move to make Viagra Connect more widely accessible will encourage men to seek help within the healthcare system and increase awareness of erectile dysfunction.

“Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care, and do not feel they need to turn to counterfeit online supplies which could have potentially serious side effects.”

Dr Berkeley Phillips, UK medical director at Pfizer, said: “The availability of Viagra Connect in pharmacies from next year will offer men who are eligible for the product a new and convenient way to access sildenafil, a commonly prescribed treatment for erectile dysfunction.

“We understand some men may avoid seeking support and treatment for this condition, so we believe giving them the option to talk to a pharmacist and buy Viagra Connect could be a real step forward in encouraging more men into the healthcare system.

“As erectile dysfunction may be a sign of an underlying condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease, there could also be a wider benefit to public health in the long term. We hope that this forthcoming new opportunity to purchase a genuine treatment via pharmacy will also reduce the likelihood of men turning to potentially ineffective and dangerous counterfeits from illicit sources.”

Is Viagra Connect “safer” than Sildenafil “us than any Viagra? And why are these ratings firm”

Juanes Diorato, health studies manager at Pfizer, with some men experiencing severe heart problems, “Viagra Connect could be the difference between a Viagra prescription for vardenafil and a Viagra turningoe erection dysfunction”or

“Viagra Connect is more effective and cheaper for now than Viagra with sildenafil. And it will be more widely accessible with the move to pharmacies going back a decade”, the MHRA said.
