Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a novel sildenafil citrate and its potential adverse effects on male patients with erectile dysfunction.
Design:This multicenter, open-label, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre, parallel-arm, multicenter study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of sildenafil citrate for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with an intact erect penis.
Methods:Sildenafil citrate was given orally and sildenafil citrate was administered orally in the evening. In addition, a placebo was administered to the patients for 3 days. Sildenafil citrate, which was administered as a single dose, was used as an additional treatment in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Results:Among the 45 patients, 29 (72%) were randomized to sildenafil citrate, 17 (32%) to placebo, and 17 (32%) to a placebo. There was no significant difference in age, body weight, erectile function, or adverse events between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the number of patients who received sildenafil citrate, sildenafil, or placebo. However, sildenafil citrate produced a significantly greater decrease in blood pressure and an increase in erectile function (p < 0.01 for all). There was no significant difference in blood pressure and erectile function between the two groups, and sildenafil citrate produced a significantly greater decrease in blood pressure and an increase in erectile function than placebo.
Conclusion:A novel sildenafil citrate product is safe and effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men.
Sildenafil citrate, sildenafil citrateDosage and Administration:The drug has been evaluated by several studies for safety and efficacy. In some of these studies, sildenafil citrate has been compared with the other available products (i.e., Viagra®). The efficacy and safety of sildenafil citrate have not been studied in patients with erectile dysfunction.
Fundings:The results of the present study show that sildenafil citrate is safe and effective in patients with erectile dysfunction. It has been used as an additional treatment to treat erectile dysfunction and is considered a safe and effective therapy in patients with erectile dysfunction. The results of the present study show that sildenafil citrate can be an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction and is considered safe and effective for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Introduction:Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor drug used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It has been used for erectile dysfunction since its patent in 1998. The use of sildenafil citrate has been associated with significant side effects. The mechanism of action is based on inhibiting cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) and inhibiting cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type-6 (PDE6) in the corpus cavernosum of the penis. C-reactive protein (CRP) levels are an independent predictor of erectile dysfunction. The effects of sildenafil citrate are based on inhibition of phosphodiesterase type-6 (PDE6) and inhibition of PDE6 in the corpus cavernosum of the penis.
Materials and Methods:The efficacy and safety of sildenafil citrate and sildenafil citrate were studied in a total of 45 patients with erectile dysfunction. The patients were randomized to receive either sildenafil citrate (50 mg) or placebo (0.75 mg) for 3 days. The efficacy and safety of sildenafil citrate was evaluated in 36 patients with erectile dysfunction, 18 with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 10 with erectile dysfunction. The patients were assessed at baseline, during sildenafil citrate administration, and at the end of the 3-day treatment period. The adverse events were evaluated by the investigator.
